I have never been a tomboy in my life, in fact, I still remember been a teenager and asking my mother to buy me dresses and skirts because I thought those made me look my best. I think that even though we human beings are in constant evolution, no matter how much you change in life, there is always a core part of you that never changes, and once you find your style you keep embracing it.

When I ordered this blouse I was a little hesitant because Chicwish carries this blouse not only in pink but also in different colors and patterns, and now that the stripes and gingham prints are in trend I wasn't sure if I should get the blouse with a nice print like that, but then I reminded myself that clothes are a personal choice and that is not about trends, is more about style, so I got the pink because I am such a girly girl in my heart and having bows and bell sleeves makes me feel like a fair maiden in a fairy tale story, I know that is a little cheesy but that's just how I am. 

Nunca he sido una chica masculina en mi vida, es más, me acuerdo cuando era adolescente y siempre le pedía a mi madre que me compre vestidos y faldas porque pensaba que era lo que mejor me quedaba y me gustaba. Creo que a pesar de que los seres humanos estemos en constante evolución y de que cambiemos mucho en la vida, siempre queda una parte interna que nunca cambia y una vez encontramos nuestro estilo se queda con nosotros para siempre.

Cuando ordené esta blusa realmente tuve un poco de dudas puesto que Chicwish la tiene en diferentes colores y patrones, y ahora que los cuadritos y las rayas están de moda, dudé si debía comprarla con algún estampado así, pero luego recordé que la ropa es algo muy personal y no se trata de seguir modas, sino más bien de encontrar nuestro propio estilo y adoptarlo a nuestra vida, así que compré la blusa rosada porque en mi corazón soy una mujer muy femenina y llevar lazos y mangas acampanadas me hace sentir como una damisela salida de un cuento de hadas, si, ya se que es un poco cursi, pero así de cursi y anticuada soy yo. 

When I got the blouse out of the package I immediately tried it with a pair of dark jeans and nude pumps and I loved the result, so I planed on doing a post showcasing this outfit that way, but when I got ready to take this pictures for the blog, I found my eyes gravitating into my skirts and when I saw this A-line lacey white skirt I new I had to change my outfit.

Pink and white has always been a combination of colors that I like. It can be a little challenging to look sophisticated and elegant with this colors because they are not "adult" colors, so I decided to keep everything clean and simple with the jewelry and accessories, and just to have a pop of color and interest to the look, I decided to wear a bright pink round shaped bag and the outfit became very lady like, just like the looks I enjoy the most.

Cuando me llegó la blusa y la saqué del paquete, inmediatamente me la probé con un par de jeans oscuros y unos tacones en color nude y amé el resultado, así que planeé recrearlo con unas fotos en el blog de esa manera, pero cuando llegó el día de hacer las fotos, me di cuenta que mis ojos gravitaban hacia las faldas, y cuando vi esta falda blanca de encaje en mi armario, supe que tenía que cambiar el look y vestir de esta manera.

El blanco y el rosa siempre me han gustado a pesar de que pueden llegar a ser un poco difícil hacer ver esta combinación de colores sofisticada y elegante ya que no son considerados colores "para adultos", así que al vestirme de esta manera decidí mantener los accesorios y la joyería muy sencilla y limpia, y para darle un toque diferente al look decidí llevar una bolsa redonda en color fuxia que complementó el look y me hizo sentir muy femenina, justo como a mi me gusta.
