Thank you so much for all those lovely comments and concern about my heath, thanks God, I am feeling much better now, and my face is like new!! I only have very very tiny scratches that I can easily be covered with foundation. Lol
Today I have exciting news!!! yes it's finally here and I am so happy!!!! I am talking about the magical Book of Shadows palette that in honor of Tim Burton’s upcoming film, "Alice in Wonderland" Urban Decay launched a couple of months ago. Yay!!!
Usually I don't like to spend a lot of money on makeup because I think we can find amazing products without having to pawn an arm or a leg, but this time was different, I had to have this palette! thankfully for me(and my pocket) my amazing husband bought it for me and it finally arrived a couple of days ago.
If you are a real collector, I think this is the best product for you, this palette is amazingly beautiful, with 16 gorgeous eye shadows and travel sizes of the eyeshadow Primer Potion and two 24/7 eye pencils.

Eso significa que la si ustedes ya tienen los Libros de las Sombras vol. I / Vol. II, o las paleta sostenible de Urban Decay, puede ser que ya posean la mayoría de las sombras en en esta paleta de Alicia en el País de las Maravillas.

Let's talk a little bit about the colors:
All the eye shadows included in this palette are not new shades, they are previous shades re-named to fit in the Alice in Wonderland theme. That means that if you already own Urban Decay’s Ammo, Book of Shadows Vol. I/Vol. II, or the Sustainable Palettes, you may already own the majority of the shadows in the Alice in Wonderland kit.

- Underland (Flash) is a bright, medium purple with an icy lilac shimmer. It’s soft, smooth, and very pigmented.
- Alice (Painkiller) is a bright aqua-blue with an icy sheen. It’s smooth, silky soft, and has lots of pigmentation.
- Oraculum (Baked) is a copper color with a softer sheen. very soft, well-pigmented.
- Queen (Last Call) is a very rich eggplant color with a burgundy edge. It has a frost-like sheen, but it is smooth and pigmented.
- Chessur (Chopper) is a cooler peachy/copper color. It has a very soft texture and it has silver glitter particles.
- White Rabbit (Polyester Bride) is a soft white color with a golden sheen. It has some glitter to it and is very pigmented.
- Wonderland (Maui Wowie) is a dirty gold color, very smooth with a few glitter particles.
- Curiouser (Grifter) is a lightened purple with some sheen. It also has some silver glitter particles in it.
- Muchness (X) is a melon color with a golden sheen. It has a frosty finish, and is very easy to work with.
- Mushroom (Mushroom) is a taupe brown with a little bit of a silvery shimmer. Perfect for smokey looks.
- Midnight Tea Party (Midnight Cowboy Rides Again) is champagne with silver and golden glitter particles. It's a beautiful color but the glitter usually falls out always, so be careful every time you are using it.
- Vorpal (S&M) is a beautiful silver color with some sheen. Very smooth and pigmented.
- Absolem (Homegrown) is a grassy/ forest green with some golden shimmer sheen. AMAzing color!
- Drink Me, Eat Me (Sin) is a soft pink champagne with a bright frosty sheen.
- Mad Hatter (Twice Baked) is a chocolate brown with warm sheen undertones.
- Jabberwocky (Oil Slick) is a black color with icy blue and silver glitter.

I have never bought the Urban Decay books of shadows, so this was the best opportunity to have some of the most beautiful Urban Decay eye shadows for myself.
The packaging is gorgeous!!! When you open up the palette you will see the beautiful Alice walking trough "wonderland" All the mushrooms, greenery, and colors are absolutely delightful, It's just "eye candy".
The lid of the book unfortunately doesn't stay up on its on, but I don't think that is a problem because to do makeup you will probably be using a bigger mirror anyway, so that won't be a problem at all.
The eye shadows are velvety smooth, very pigmented and the variety of colors is amazing. If you like bold colors or neutrals you will definetely find this palette useful. Also if you love glitter, you will find plenty of shadows here that will become your faves.
There are so many color combinations to create beautiful, flattering looks. Is impossible not to find use for a specific shadow, because all of them are gorgeous.
The 24/7 pencils are super rich and long lasting, and the Urban Decay Primer Potion is very cute and convenient to have in this palette for travel.
This palette itself is a work of art, very beautiful and a collectors item. Unfortunately, is limited edition, there are only 2000 sets for release, so if you have the opportunity to get one of this palettes, do it right now!!!!

La tapa del libro, lamentablemente no se queda arriba paradita, pero no creo que eso sea un problema porque para maquillarnos probablemente utilizamos un espejo grande de todos modos.
Las sombras de ojos son aterciopeladas, muy pigmentadas y la variedad de colores es impresionante. Si te gustan los colores llamativos o neutrales definitivamene encontraran esta paleta útil. Además, si te gusta el brillo, podrás encontrar un montón de sombras aquí que se convertirán en tus favoritas.
Hay tantas combinaciones de color para crear looks hermosos. Es imposible no encontrar una sombra para un uso específico, porque todos ellos son magníficos.
Los lápices 24 / 7 son súper ricos y de larga duración, y el Urban Decay Primer Potion es muy lindo y conveniente tener en esta paleta para viajar.
Esta paleta en sí es una obra de arte, muy bonita y un objeto de colección. Por desgracia, es de edición limitada, sólo hay 2000 unidades para el lanzamiento, así que si ustedes tienen la oportunidad de obtener una de estas paletas, haganlo ahora mismo!!
