The wow necklace!!

Here in Bangalore, lately, is being getting a little colder than usual, so when you see that the day is going to be hot and shinny you get so excited and happy and put on the girliest thing you can find in your closet, at least, that is what I did ;)
I decided to put on a very bright skirt that I got a few months ago and I paired it with a simple white t- shirt, but the most exciting piece in this outfit it's got to be the necklace, don't you think?
I love this necklace so much because is such a wonderful statement necklace and you should always have one, or maybe a couple of big, amazing necklaces that make you feel unique.
Decidí ponerme una falda super brillante que compré hace algunos meses atrás y la combiné con una simple camiseta blanca, pero la pieza más emocionante de este atuendo sin duda alguna tiene que ser el collar, no les parece?
Amo este collar porque es un maravilloso collar super exhuberante y toda mujer siempre debe tener un grandioso collar que la haga sentir maravillosa.
A few weeks ago I was contacted by a website called New Chic, we decided to collaborate together and I had the opportunity to pick some of their products to try them out, because I don't like to recommend you things that I haven't try before, I don't think that is very honest.
One of this products was this amazing necklace that is becoming my favorite piece so far. I also got another necklace that I am going to be showing you soon in another outfit that I am preparing, and a dress that it was so small and weird that I decided not to show you, but that is what you get sometimes when you buy online, right? Specially if the website is based in Asia.
Every time I buy something from an Asian website I tend to feel a little fat, because everything is very small, in the US and Latin America I am usually a small size but for Asia I am considered an Large or XL sometimes.
I don't think is my fault not to fit into their standards of beauty, in fact I think that if you are trying to sell to a much broader market you have to adjust your sizes and start designing for westerners too, but anyway, the thing is that at least jewelry and accessories are pieces that don't make you feel fat, insecure and weird looking.
Hace unas semanas atrás fui contactada por una compañía llamada New Chic, decidimos colaborar y tuve la oportunidad de escoger algunos de sus productos para probarlos, ya que no me gusta recomendarles algo sin antes haberlo probado y saber que calidad tiene.
Uno de los productos que escogí fue este maravilloso collar que sin duda alguna, se está convirtiendo en mi pieza favorita hasta ahora. También escogí otro collar que ya se los enseñare en otro post, y un vestido que me quedó muy pequeño y raro, así que decidí no enseñárselos, pero eso es lo que a veces obtienes cuando haces compras por internet, en especial si compras en tiendas asiáticas.
La mayoría de veces que compro algo de alguna tienda asiática, tiendo a sentirme gorda, porque todo es muy pequeño, en los Estados Unidos y en Latinoamérica usualmente soy una talla pequeña, pero para los asiáticos soy considerada una talla grande o muy grande.
No creo que sea mi culpa no encajar en sus estándares de belleza, de hecho, pienso que si estas tratando de vender tus productor a una audiencia más grande debes ajustar tus tallas y empezar a diseñar cosas que también les queden bien a las que vivimos en otros continentes, no les parece?
Lo bueno de todo esto es que al menos la joyería y los accesorios son piezas que nunca te harán sentir gorda, rara y lucir extraña.
I have planed to wear this outfit with some nude heels but then I remembered that I had this crazy white sandals that I have only wore once, so I put them on and although at times the look can be a little busy, I still like it, plus the sandals are very comfortable and here in Bangalore you need comfy shoes all the time.

Había programado usar unos tacones color carne con este look pero luego recordé que había traído a la India estas sandalias blancas que solo he usado una vez, así que me las puse y aunque a veces el look pueda parecer un poco sobrecargado, en realidad me gustó y aun más lo disfruté porque las sandalias son muy cómodas y aquí en Bangalore se necesitan zapatos cómodos siempre.
