This past Sunday my husband and I went for a walk as usual, when we spotted a kids playground, so my first instinct was to get loose and play like a child, and I did it.

I have always though that this kind of simple moments in life that you spend with people you love are the most important. 

I have noticed that we are constantly surrounded by so many things that we have to do, it can be work, or school, social events, projects, etc that put a lot of stress in our daily lives and occupy a lot of out thoughts and energies, it is overwhelming!, so once in while I think is a good idea to recharge the energies and relax, some people may like to read a book, or go to the beach to relax; for us recharging means long walks, talking about our day and become kids and play for a bit, that is what make us feel renewed and ready to tackle the world.

Este Domingo pasado mi esposo y yo fuimos a dar un paseo cuando de repente vimos un parque infantil, mi primer instinto fue el de dejarme ir y ponerme a jugar, y así lo hice.

Siempre he pensado que son esos momentos simples y sencillos que pasas con la gente que amas, los que valen la pena y son más importantes.

Vivimos abrumados con tantas cosas que tenemos que hacer día a día, quizás es el trabajo, o la escuela, los eventos sociales, proyectos, etc que ponen mucho estrés en nuestras vidas y ocupan nuestros pensamientos y nos roban energías, así que siempre es bueno, de vez en cuando darse tiempo para recargar las baterías y relajarse, para algunas personas leer un libro o ir a la playa puede ser una buena idea, para nosotros recargarnos significa tomar una larga caminata, conversar de nuestros días y convertirnos en niños y jugar cuando podemos, eso es lo que nos hace sentir renovados y listos para conquistar el mundo.
